York SC is situated in the western area of York County SC. York is a small town undergoing huge growth and this has encouraged new business and growth in the community.
York is situated between two major freeways ~ the I-77 and the I-485. This allows easy access to Charlotte NC and also to the Charlotte Douglas International airport and the industrial areas around the Queen City.
A significant sum of money is being poured into York to re-ignite and grow the old town area. The beautiful old buildings, the charm of the wide streets and the manicured and pretty gardens are all part of the charm of this historic area.
